The Hybrid Residential Leasing Agent Class gives you the freedom to choose learning in-person or virtually from home via Zoom meetings. This is a 15-hour 2-day course covering pre licensing requirement related to licensure for leasing residential property in the state Illinois.
The 15 hour 2-day Hybrid residential leasing agent pre-licensing course is designed to meet the state requirement for Illinois.
They hybrid class gives you the option of choosing in-person or online classes, in-person or online you will always have a live teacher to interact with. The Course includes a physical or digital Copy of the Residential Leasing agent book. School Final and Exam Prep. After course completion we will also discuss how to register for the state exam with PSI/AMP.

Attendance is mandatory (no exceptions), students must attend all live classes and webinars. Students who miss one full day of class will be required to re-enroll in a new session. There is a $150.00 re-enrollment fee.
Our broker course tuition includes the 60-hour broker pre-licensing topics class, the 15-hour broker pre-licensing applied real estate principles class, textbooks, Google classroom with homework and materials, a review session, final exam (optional for students enrolled in any live class program), official transcript and assistance with registering for the state licensing exam.
Students must request refund within 24-hours of purchase date. There is a $75.00 processing fee for all refunds.
Students enrolled in self-study programs are required to pass the exam with at least a 75% to receive credit for the course. When you pass the exam, you will be issued a transcript to qualify you to register for the state exam.
Students enrolled in live class options are not required to pass the exam but must attend each class to receive credit/transcript for the course.

The real estate broker state exam is $58. Students can take the state exam four times within 1 year from the first exam date. If you fail the fourth time, you will be required to retake the 75 Hour Broker Pre-Licensing Course.
The real estate residential leasing state exam is $37. Students can take the state exam four times within 1 year from the first exam date. If you fail the fourth time, you will be required to retake the 15 Hour Leasing Agent course,Â

Transcripts are issued after successful completion of the program. As of August 9th, 2019 transcript are valid for two years. Please be aware once you pass the state exam your testing results are only good for one year.Â
Payment plans are available for Live Broker Programs ONLY (excludes self-study). Students are required to pay a $250.00 downpayment to reserve their seat in class and to receive class material. The remaining balance will have to be paid by the end of the program. Student’s who do not pay in full by the completion date will not be issued a transcript until the balance is paid in full.Â
