The Hybrid 5-Week real estate broker course is designed to meet the 75-hour pre-licensing requirement for the state of Illinois, Class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm for 5 weeks.
* We will be closed on Christmas and New year’s eve and day, make up days will be 1/8/2024 and 1/10/2024

The new Hybrid 5-week Real Estate Class is here! Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays or Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm and take your first step towards becoming a licensed real estate agent.
Choose between attending class in-person or online or do both with our hybrid approach. You’ll benefit from 30 hours of live lectures, instruction, case studies, reviews and Q&As combined with our Google Classroom you will have 30 hours of online materials including audio lectures, presentations, quizzes and a final exam to prepare you for the Illinois real estate state exam. In addition to this, You’ll receive a physical copy of the Dearborn modern real estate practice book.
Our 60-hour Pre-licensing Topics and 15-hour Pre-licensing interactive standards and principles are designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry.

Requirements – Be at 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
State Exam – We will help register and schedule your state exam with PSI.

School Exam – Use our schools final exam to prepare yourself for the state exam, unlike other schools you can take our exam as many times as you want.
