“My experience at the Chicago Real Estate Institute was wonderful. I did not hesitate to give 5 stars. When I first started researching obtaining my brokers license in Chicago, I was stuck between CREI and REALTORS Real Estate School. While RRES was said to be a better school for networking purposes, CREI had various great reviews for the instructors, the content, and the intimate class settings leading to a more fulfilling experience from students. I couldn’t agree more, I took Josh Orlan’s 4-week expedited evening course and he is one of the best course instructors I have had in my academic career. (I have a BS, 2 minors, and obtained my MBA) His candor, dedication, and industry expertise really shined through during this course. Josh does an excellent job of breaking down complex topics in a digestible way using real world examples. He truly cares about his students, their success, and their experience during his course. “I walked into the Chicago Real Estate Institute nervous and walked out a licensed real estate agent. Literally. I passed my Illinois exam the very next day. I have to give the majority of the credit to my instructor Keith Lacey, who somehow managed to make real estate law, a subject that should be the academic equivalent of watching paint dry, genuinely engaging. The man has a gift. He breaks down concepts that would normally require three re-reads of the textbook into something that actually sticks.
