Offering a variation of accessible, affordable, and flexible pre-licensing courses for those interested in becoming a real estate agent or broker in Illinois. Our small class sizes allow our accomplished instructors to provide exclusive and direct knowledge to all students. The options of both virtual and in-person learning are designed to provide all necessary pre-licensing requirements needed in order for students to begin their career.
To become a real estate broker in Illinois, a 75-hour pre-licensing requirement must be met in order to enroll and take the state exam to receive licensure. The Chicago Real Estate Institute offers a 3-week virtual and 4-week hybrid accelerated course. Additionally, there is a 6-week Tuesday or Saturday hybrid course and a 10-week virtual course. A self-study option is available as well.
For those interested in becoming a leasing agent, a 15-hour pre-licensing requirement must be met in order to enroll and take the state exam to receive licensure. Hybrid and virtual courses are offered. A self-study option is available as well.
