The 6-Week Real Estate Course in Chicago is designed to meet the 75-hour pre-licensing requirement (60 hour Pre-licensing topics and 15 hour applied real estate principals) for students seeking broker licensure in the state of Illinois. The hybrid 6-week Saturday real estate broker class combines in-class or virtual lectures with at-home self-study. It is customized for students in need of flexible class scheduling. Students can study at home around their schedules while attending the six scheduled in-class or virtual online classes. Class days will include lectures and chapter reviews, quizzes, and a required interactive session.

Students will receive books and materials upon registration, along with free shipping if they choose to attend virtually.
The course also provides students with lifetime access to the Google Classroom and exam prep, including hundreds of questions to test them for the final exam. Transcripts are issued after students finish the last day of class or pass the final exam if they missed two days of class. Students will also receive assistance with registering for the PSI state exam.
During this 6-week course, students will learn what they need to know for the Illinois real estate exam.
