Real Estate Seminar
The Chicago Real Estate Institute is always looking for ways to expand our classrooms and share our expertise of the market to all who is interested. Starting in January 2021, The Chicago Real Estate Institute will be launching a 3-part virtual seminar that will cover topics such as: commercial real estate, investing, and brokerage. Each seminar will be conducted via Zoom meetings. This is a great way to introduce yourself to the world of real estate or agents who are interested in a refresher course. The duration of each seminar will last one hour. We are now offering each subject at $15 each or all three seminars at $30. We invite all to join!
Commercial Real Estate
Our fist seminar will take place on Monday, January 18th at 6:00pm. The subject for discussion will be Commercial Real Estate covering topics such as: Cap Rates, Apartment/Multi-Family, Triple Net, Added Value, Industrial, Strip Centers, Office Buildings, and Adaptive Re-use.
Zoning
Our second seminar will take place on Monday, January 25th at 6:00pm. The subject for discussion will be Development covering topics such as: Zoning., FAR, MLA, Building Cost, Land Cost, Cost Per Foot.
Financing
Our third seminar will take place on Monday, February 1st at 6:00pm. The subject for discussion will be Financing covering topics such as: 1031, Laws, Debt Ratio, Down Payments, OPM, Bank, and CMBS.
