In our live in-person courses, along with mandatory mask wearing and checking the temperature of each student upon arrival; we are limiting our class sizes to twelve students per class all while maintain the mandatory social distancing guidelines. Along with all exams being administered electronically throughout the length of the course. These classes are offered in many different formats to fit your busy schedule. Whether it be Saturday afternoon or evening courses, we are able to provide you with all of the necessary tools needed to begin your career in the real estate field.
If you desire to continue your goal to be a licensed yet want to maintain a distance, we also are now offering virtual online Broker courses. Virtual courses are conducted via Zoom webcam meetings. Google classroom allows a virtual learning experience unlike any other. All exams are graded in real time for instant results to aid all students in their learning process. We want our students to not only receive our top of the line education, but also feel safe while doing so.
For those who learn best at their own pace, we additionally offer a self-study course option as well. This course is designed to meet the necessary 75-hour pre-licensing requirement all while in the comfort of your own surroundings.
