Upon registration students will receive a copy of the textbook and materials (free shipping). Student’s will study the material on their own. After completing the first 15 hours of book work independently, students will have to complete the remaining 15 hours of interactive work.
The interactive session is completed by attending a webinar. Students will cover a variety of topics: agency, fair housing, disclosure, ministerial services and so forth. Students will be encouraged to participate in class with students and the instructor as they work in depth through a set of real life scenarios.
