In honor of the summer solstice, CREI is unveiling a new and improved schedule for our 75 hour Illinois broker course. We’ve come up with four different options for the various types of real estate students that come through our doors. Learn more here. (Full course schedule coming soon!)
Three Options for Summer Illinois Broker Course
For the “traditional classroom study” student :
Conventional – This is our standard 75 hour Illinois broker course, which happens twice a week for seven weeks. You have the choice of a Monday & Wednesday course, or a Tuesday & Thursday course. Our next course begins July 16th and happens every Monday and Wednesday from 6 to 9:45 PM, ending August 29th. All study materials are included.
For the jam packed schedule, “Do it on my own time” student:
Home Study – With our home study correspondence course option, you can study for your Illinois broker’s license on your own time, anytime. You are also welcome to attend any and all in class sessions. If you are having issues with a certain section, you can check out our course schedule and find which day that section is being discussed. Just like our conventional course, we provide you with all study materials.
For the “I want to start making money NOW” student:
Intensive Live Class – This is the newest addition to the CREI course lineup. For those who want to speed up the process and get their Illinois broker’s license as soon as possible, our new intensive schedule can be finished in four weeks. But by intensive, we DO mean intense! This class will take place four days a week, Monday – Thursday from 6 to 9:45 PM starting July 16th.
- With Live Interactive* – It is also possible to just purchase the Interactive separately. Students can either choose the Monday – Thursday course, which is August 20th through the 23rd from 6 to 9:45 PM, or the Tuesday & Thursday course which happens August 14th, 16th, 21st and 23rd.
*No matter which Illinois broker course you choose, you must complete 75 hours of coursework and 15 hours of live interactive. After finishing each, you can sign up for a time to take your exam.
