Becoming an Illinois Broker: Easy as 1,2,3.

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again — you don’t need to stand on your head or do back flips to secure your Illinois broker’s license.

Our next broker course will begin on Monday, May 7th. If you’re dreading the hassle of taking the course and securing your Illinois broker’s license, don’t worry, it’s easy as one, two, three – really, it is.

1. Enroll: Check out the CREI course schedule and find the class date that corresponds with your schedule. Enroll online or call at 773-880-7400. Once enrolled, we’ll provide you with all the study materials.

2. Show up, or don’t. Typically the 90 hour broker course consists of 45 hours live in class, 30 hours of at home study (“homework”) and 15 live interactive class. If you’d rather do the class on your own time, there is always the 75 hour home study and 15 live interactive.

3. Take your exam. We make sure you pass with flying colors. Once you take our exam, all you have to do is pass the exam on the Illinois State exam online and register with the IDFPR.

See? It’s that easy.

For more information or to enroll, call CREI at 773-880-7400. You can also enroll online at chicagorealestateinstitute.com.
