What is the in-class attendance policy?

Attendance is mandatory (no exceptions), students must attend all live classes and webinars. Students who miss one full day of class will be required to re-enroll in a new session. There is a $150.00 re-enrollment fee.

What is included with the cost of registration?

Our tuition includes textbooks, homework materials, a review session, final exam (optional for students enrolled in any live class program), official transcript and assistance with registering for the state licensing exam.

Can I receive a refund for the course after the first class?

Students will not receive refunds after the first class date. Students must request refund before the programs start date. There is a $50.00 processing fee for all refunds.

If I take the final exam, but I do not pass, can I take the state exam?

Students enrolled in self-study programs are required to pass the exam with at least a 75% to receive credit for the course. When you pass the exam, you will be issued a transcript to qualify you to register for the state exam.

Students enrolled in live class options are not required to pass the exam but must attend each class to receive credit/transcript for the course.

How much does the state exam cost?

The state exam is $46. Students can take the state exam four times within 1 year from the first exam date. If you fail the fourth time, you will be required to retake the 90 Hour Broker Pre-Licensing Course or the 15 Hour Leasing Agent course, depending on which license you are testing for.

How long is my transcript valid for?

Transcripts are issued after successful completion of the program. They are valid for four years.

Do you offer any payment plan options?

Payment plans are available for Live Broker Programs ONLY (excludes self-study). Students are required to pay a $200.00 downpayment to reserve their seat in class and to receive class material. The remaining balance will have to be paid by the end of the program. Student’s who do not pay in full by the completion date will not be issued a transcript until the balance is paid in full.
