Broker License Renewal Deadline: April 30th, 2016

All brokers are required to renew their license by April 30th, 2016. Brokers must have completed their Post-Licensing or Continued Education requirements and applied for license renewal through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) by this date.

Even if a broker has recently attained their license, he or she must still renew by April 30th unless their license is attained on or after February 1st, 2016.

  • If this is your first renewal you must complete 30 hours of Post-Licensing coursework.
  • If this is not your first renewal you must complete 12 hours of Continued Education.
  • Managing brokers do not have to renew their license until 2017.

Do not wait, time is ticking! Complete your Post-Licensing or CE requirements and avoid a stressful, creeping deadline.

    Hi:
I ordered the CE workbooks for self study. Do you have practice tests available? It is a lot of information!
