This course is designed to assist you in fulfilling your 30 hour Broker Post License renewal requirement from the comfort of your home. It is the second part of the 30 hour course that is required for all brokers who had their license issued between February 1, 2016 and February 1, 2018.
Remember, licensed brokers have until April 30, 2018 to finish this class and send in their renewal.
Prior to registering for the webinar, please register for the first 15 hours of the 30 hour course. Upon registration, students will be mailed course materials. After completing the first half, please call or email to set up a time to take your final exam. Successful passing of the exam will include a minimum passing grade of 75 percent and eligibility to register for the interactive webinar. (Note: students also have the option to come to class at our Lincoln Park location; it is not mandatory to complete the second half of this course via webinar.)
The course is comprised of 15 hours of live education via webinar. Students will cover a variety of topics, among them agency, fair housing, disclosure, ministerial services, and so forth. Theses topics are covered in depth through a set of real-life scenarios.
Since this is an interactive course, students will be encouraged to participate with other webinar students, as well as with students who are live in class, and with the instructor.
