Renewal Requirements
The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) has clearly outlined the requirements all managing brokers must meet to keep their license current with the state.
You can find the full requirements and helpful information in this document. Before the April 30th deadline all managing brokers must do the following:
- Complete the required 24 hours of Continuing Education (CE)
- All course work must be completed between 5/1/2013 and 4/30/2015
- Be prepared to show further proof of your CE work
- Attend an approved IDFPR Managing Broker Course Education provider
If you have not started your CE requirements, the Chicago Real Estate Institute (CREI) can still offer you approved courses.
